Pefkari is located at the south part of Thassos, and it is a small summer paradise both for foreign and Greek visitors. It is a small village build next to the seaside and it has a quiet and rich nature environment. It also has many options for food and drink by the sea in one of the taverns and cafeterias. Finally it has the homonymous beach –Pefkari– which is an organized beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and many water sport activities.

You can go fishing as well at the side of the beach or explore the magnificent deeps and enjoy the sun and the sea! The center of Potos is only 1 km away and you can go there on foot if you want, following the graphic path which connects the two villages. Thassos has many wonderful beaches all around, but the most impressive are the ones located at the south part.
